Exchange Policy

At Khiards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to exchange an item, we’re here to help. Please review our exchange policy below:

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items purchased directly from Khiards within 30days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • Free from any signs of damage or alteration
  • Accompanied by the original packaging, including any certificates, tags, or documentation
  • Please note that custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible for exchange.

2. How to Initiate an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@khiards.com or +65 8660 2204 within 30days of receiving your item to request an exchange authorization.
  • Provide Details: Please provide your invoice number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  • Ship the Item: Once your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

3. Exchange Process

Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange criteria. If approved, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details of your new order.

4. Exchange Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Exchanges: Khiards will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item to you. However, you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original item to us.
  • International Exchanges: For international exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping costs, including returning the original item and shipping the new item to you. Customs duties and taxes may also apply.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are not eligible for exchange unless otherwise stated.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@khiards.com or +65 8660 2204. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or an exchange at no additional cost to you.
